
| I started in print advertising back in the Stone Ages...before 78% of all households had computers and Internet access. But, back in the early 90's, I realized that internet access was going to have a huge impact on normal print advertising, and started learning all that I could about the World Wide Web, and how to translate my knowledge of print advertising to Internet advertising. I now divide my time between doing web design and maintenance, and print design. So many people still don't understand the massive importance of having a web presence, and how having an e-commerce store can save you money because you can update prices, and add new products, in minutes, without incurring huge printing and mailing fees. More and more companies are either doing away with printed catalogs, or are printing glossy, 4-color product catalogs without prices, and printing a separate price list in black and white, which can be updated more economically than the glossy 4-color catalog. We are in hard economic times, and companies have to do what they can to reach customers with the most current information, while cutting corners on printing and mailing expenses. As the owner of SW-Originals, I manage all projects from start to finish, as well as doing 99.9%+ of the creative and programming work. For that reason, it is important that you know a bit about my background.
